"Real Fashion for Real People"- eShakti Review

eShakti and I have recently collaborated to present you with a great product review of their custom clothing.

Although you can't tell from these pictures, I ordered this dress to wear to Derby (haven't bought a hat or fastener yet). As soon as I saw it I knew I HAD to have it! Plus, if you missed it, check out what all I could wear this dress to here.

Here's a little background about eShakti and their mission:

"We believe that all women have the right to wear affordable fashion. What began as a small website offering basic cottons and modestly embellished pieces has grown into an international company offering fashionable custom clothing. eShakti offers both design and fit customization for women size 0 through 36. This is the heart of our business."

So, as you can see, I have pictures of both Lenae and myself on the blog today. We are both wearing eShakti dresses. I had her measure me so that I could give custom measurements for my dress. Did she just say custom?! I sure did! It is only an additional $7, and get this...first time buyers get free custom sizing! So...Lenae decided to buy herself one as well.

Doing the custom sizing allowed us "shorties" to enter our height and select where we wanted the dress to hit (i.e.-above, at, or below the knee). Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a more perfect fitting dress. In case you didn't notice, I have rather large shoulders so being able to custom fit the cap sleeves was a God-send.

Side note: sign up for their email notifications and you get $25 off. Plus, right now, for Mother's Day, they are running a special Buy 1 get $10 off, buy 2 get $25 off, and buy 3 get $40 off.

If you want a custom fitted dress, skirt, blouse, etc., at a great price, make sure you check out eShakti on their website and via Facebook and Pinterest!

Have you ever considered or actually ordered a custom fit dress? Was it from eShakti? What was your experience?

  2. I thought it would be more grey based on the previous post but I love the color! I'd totally get a bright coral hat to wear, but this is coming from someone who is wearing teal and magenta to the Derby! Dresses look great!
