Work that Updo, Own that Ponytail!

source: me creepily snapping a pic of the VS girl because I liked her hairstyle and color.

Alright ladies, help me out here! I'm going in to get my hair done on Saturday and I can't decide what to do.

Should I continue to put the blonde highlights in my hair or should I go back to an all-over brunette like my girl, Jessica Alba?! Closer to my natural color.--------------------^

Next, I've thought about growing out my hair for the wedding (one year from now), but it's at that weird length just below my collar bone. So, should I just get a trim and continue to grow it, or should I get it cut in a cute shorter style, just above the shoulder?

Decisions, decisions.

I've also thought about some straight-across bangs. Thoughts???

Thanks for your input lovelies!

  1. There's never been a bang I've gotten that I haven't regretted.

  2. This made me laugh, you took a picture of the woman in VS! Ha! Love her hair though!! I feel hair style is such a hard decision!! :)

  3. I have forever been blonde and go brunette every now and again, especially because the blonde is very tedious to up keep, but do what makes you happy. I know I feel happier when I have blonde hair, weird right? As for the length, once it gets past the awkward length you will be ok and you can always chop it off after the wedding. I guess it really depends on what you want your hair to look like for the wedding. Good luck, but whatever you choose to do, I am sure you will look great!

  4. I am a BIG fan of short hair, so I love Julianne Hough's cut along with the color, and the VS girl's cut and color (That's funny you took a pic of her!). I really like the blonde, just not the highlights that Rachel and Reese have. And I love Jess Alba's color too.

  5. I love bangs and so I am all for those :) SERIOUSLY girl you have the best face to try A.N.Y. hairstyle and it will look awesome on you! I totally agree with Krista above that I wouldn't chop it yet... I would let it get past the "awkward stage" and then you can always decide if you want to chop it... but give yourself sometime to think through it. :) I am sure that whatever you do it is going to look awesome!!

p.s.- the VS girls haircut IS adorable! hahaha

  6. hmmm.. my thoughts- it's summer keep some blonde because well duh we know we are alike and even when I go brunette I pull blonde in summer months so save yo money :) Secondly- depending on how fast your hair grows, I think short in the summer is cute! Bangs... ehhh.. i've never been a huge fan but if you can rock it do it! :) Thanks k bye

  7. I'm a new follower! I'm from Kentucky :-)

I'm a huge fan of long hair, but I like #3 and #6!

  8. She has great style - love her necklace too!! I also sometimes become creep taking pics of strangers' outfits/hair for inspiration! LOL! I usually ask and they oblige!! Hope you are having a wonderful day!
